JAPAN
A country of contrasts that has always been a lure to me. It was the first country I ever visited outside of Australia and from that first day of stepping foot in Tokyo I have longed to go back. On my second visit I decided I would delve into the ancient cultures and varied contrasts that this country offers. From Kyoto to Tokyo and all through the countryside I was amazed at the people's open and friendly ways. It is a country that the world knows so much about but one that is not that well understood. My second visit served to uncover the secrets of Japan's unique cultures whilst enjoying the newer exciting aspects of modern Japan. This collection of images is a short cross section of the sights and experiences that one of the worlds most diverse countries has to offer. This is my Japan.
